Exchange Policy

• Exchanges will be accepted within 14 days of your original receipt of the order for equal value spent.
• The products must be returned in new, resalable condition. 
• Email customer service at info@blueroc7.com and we will get you started on your replacement merchandise.
• Shipping charges will not be refunded unless products are defective or there is a shipping error.
• You will be responsible for additional shipping charges.
• Exchanges are subject to product availability.
